Ken Ralph joined the firm in 2015 with over twenty-five years of experience in public service, primarily with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office in Hackensack. Ken will be applying his extensive experience at trial, plea negotiation and case evaluation for clients with criminal and municipal court cases. Ken is Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Criminal Trial Attorney.
During his tenure as an assistant prosecutor, Ken served as Section Chief of the Special Victims Unit, the Bergen County Narcotics Task Force and the Grand Jury Section. His trial experience includes homicide, armed robbery, sexual assault, child abuse, and drug distribution cases. He has presented expert witness testimony in specialized areas including medicine, psychology, forensics, and child abuse evaluation. Ken also served as a faculty member and lecturer at several national trial advocacy training programs for prosecutors.
Ken is a lifelong resident of Bergen County, and was educated in New Jersey at Drew University and Seton Hall Law School. After law school, he served a judicial clerkship in Bergen County with the Superior Court, Civil Division. For many years, his family has been involved in law, local government and education in Bergen County. Ken has roots in the South Bergen area where his grandfather, Harold J. Hollenbeck, served as mayor of East Rutherford.
